1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration
You are required to provide valid and accurate personal details during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Only one account per individual is permitted.
- Accounts found to be duplicated, fraudulent, or misleading may be suspended or terminated without notice.
3. Participation in Surveys
Participation in surveys is entirely voluntary. By participating, you agree to provide honest and thoughtful responses. iThinnk reserves the right to reject responses that appear inconsistent, incomplete, or fraudulent.
- Surveys are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
- Not all members will qualify for every survey.
- Surveys may be paused or withdrawn without prior notice.
4. Rewards & Points
Members may earn points for completing surveys, activities, or other tasks as specified. Points have no cash value unless specifically stated and may only be redeemed through approved reward options on the iThinnk platform.
- Points are credited only after quality checks and validation by our partners.
- Redemption values, limits, and available rewards are subject to change without notice.
- Expired or inactive accounts may forfeit unredeemed points.
5. Prohibited Activities
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
- Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete survey responses
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to complete surveys
- Creating multiple or fake accounts
- Sharing confidential survey information or content
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the reward system
6. Account Suspension & Termination
iThinnk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or for any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
In the event of termination, all pending or unredeemed points and rewards may be forfeited.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during registration or survey participation will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share anonymized and aggregated data with research clients.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and materials available on iThinnk are the intellectual property of iThinnk or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
iThinnk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform, including loss of data, points, or access interruptions. Participation in surveys is at your own risk.
10. Modifications to Terms
iThinnk may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
